Return Policy
We want you to love your item, you may return unworn, undamaged items within 14 days for a refund, exchange, or credit, less shipping fees. After 14 days, all sales are final. Items must be without wear and in original packaging as shipped. All engraved or custom pieces are final sale. Customer is responsible for return shipping. All return shipments must be insured for the full dollar amount and shipped back via UPS or Fedex. Please contact hello@sortejewelry.com to initiate a return.
